Various types of tenants seek out mid-term rentals for their convenience and shorter commitment period. Some common tenants we host for our fully furnished medium-term rental:
- Students: College students typically need somewhere to stay while they attend class for a semester or the summertime. A mid-term rental provides a flexible and affordable option for students that doesn’t require them to live on campus or commute long distances.
- Travel nurses: Medium-term rentals are an excellent option for landlords who want to rent to travel nurses.
- Remote workers: Following the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an increase in remote workers across multiple industries looking to stay in new cities for a few months.
- Insurance stays: people relocating to a new town or city, or have in need of a place for home repair such as flood or fire, and do not have a need to purchase new furniture or commit to a long-term lease.
Long Term Rentals
One FL home or the Georgia home are available for LTR
A long term rental may come with or without furniture and may be used for vacation, work relocation, or for people who are in-between homes or want to try to make it their forever home.
Compared to a short term rental property, a long term rental can provide an immediate sense of relief for its tenants. It can give a “forever home” feeling or fill in the gaps when something unexpected comes up.
Generally, long term rentals mean less turnover, more consistency, and hopefully, less of a headache.

We use our 15 year experience and knowledge for renovations and new builds across multi-residential projects, kitchen and bathroom designs. We can help discuss rearranging or styling your home with existing furnishings to create a new look. Expect us to gIve advice on how to set up your property best for the short term rental industry. - We provide you with a checklist of items to include in your rental.
- Help you set up the house with recommendations for safety and max occupancy usage.
- Help with questions for interviewing your local team of contacts
- Help set up your license and sales tax info with the state or county.
- Provide photography assistance with virtual walk thru's
- Set up your direct booking site, Airbnb and VRBO site. We give you all user names and passwords and show you how to work with them all.
- Provide three 45 minute uninterrupted maintanence calls to help answer all questions and concerns, with ongoing email availability throughout your journey
